Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers super clean rooms with thick curtains that make mornings extra dark, perfect for a cozy stay. While there's a slight damp smell to manage, the overall cleanliness is great, and the breakfast is a treat. The service, led by the friendly Sam, is accommodating and warm, though some training could enhance the experience. The location is a mixed bag, with outstanding natural surroundings but a bit of a distance from amenities. Dining can be hit-or-miss but has its moments of satisfaction. The hotel facilities cover the basics with some room for improvement.
The hotel is in a convenient location for work but feels a bit remote with no amenities around. The rooms are clean and offer the possibility to make instant coffee and iron. The service was mostly friendly and helpful, but the kitchen seemed overwhelmed, leading to long queues. The dining experience lacked choice and replenishment of dishes at times. Overall, good value for money considering the location.
The hotel has super thick curtains in the rooms that make it so dark in the morning you just want to stay in bed, needing some redecorating and updating. The room allocation needs improvement, as my room had only one working lightbulb initially. Although the issue was addressed promptly, the room was freezing, and room service was difficult to reach.
